What to have ready

A few details help a provider give you a useful answer. You do not need all of them. Share what you know.

• Which rooms or floors are wet
• About how long things have been wet
• Whether the power is still on in that area
• Photos of the damage, if you can take them safely

Providers in our network are asked to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Give a written estimate before work starts
• Explain the plan in plain words
