Grow your restoration business

Agedtheories Restoration is a referral service. We do not hire employees to do the work. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run a water damage business, you can ask to join the network.

Homeowners come to this site with a real problem. Water is in the house. They want a provider who will pick up, explain the plan, and show up. That is the kind of call you can win.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who:

• Handle water extraction, structural drying, and basement cleanup
• Serve Manchester and the Southern New Hampshire area
• Work on older homes, full basements, and stone or block foundations
• Can deal with seasonal surges, like spring snowmelt and storm weeks
• Treat homeowners with respect

Mold work, contents handling, and rebuild services are a plus. They are not required.

What we expect

The rules are simple.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires. Be ready to show proof.
• Give written estimates. No surprise add-ons.
• Answer homeowner calls and requests promptly. Say honestly when you cannot take a job.
• Use moisture readings and document the work.
• Make no claims on our behalf. Do not say you are Agedtheories Restoration.
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign.
• Follow the law on advertising and insurance talk.

Providers who miss these may be removed from the network.

How to apply

Send an email to contact@agedtheories.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note on how you handle emergency water jobs
• The contact method homeowners should use to reach you

We will review it and reply. Joining is not automatic. Fit and coverage area matter.
