How to Make a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Agedtheories Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Agedtheories Restoration
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. But Agedtheories Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@agedtheories.garden. Please include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may help too.
