Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of agedtheories.garden and the services offered through it by Agedtheories Restoration. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Agedtheories Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do restoration, cleanup, drying or repair work. We are not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Expect From You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@agedtheories.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Agedtheories Restoration or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within it, Agedtheories Restoration is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your use of the site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is" with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
